EASY DRAPE JACKET

This weekend we went downtown and ate at Jake's (great hamburgers and sweet potato fries) and walked around with Seth's parents. It was BEAUTIFUL outside and Ft. Worth has such a great downtown area. Haddie loved all the fountains! I have been really excited to wear this burgundy jacket because it's so lightweight. It's like a light cardigan but still has the structure of a jacket with the faux leather. LOVE! (and of course you all know I'm wearing these booties every second! lol)

I just had to pull out my white jeans again this week because I kept wanting to wear them with different sweaters! I think white jeans paired with the right textures, like suede and light sweaters, is a great way to dress appropriately for the season AND the weather!

I have never owned anything in my life this color, and after multiple seasons of olive green being "IN", I caved and decided to try out this sweater dress. I'm so glad I did. I loved it and so did Seth :) I think next year when I'm not pregnant, it's going to be a perfect boxy fit too which will be great, but with the bump I love the fit as well. The other thing that sold me on the off the shoulder sweaters is that they look great as cowl necks too. I will definitely be wearing it that way on a more day to day basis with low booties or over the knee boots. So, here is a big welcome to my closet: "Welcome Olive Green."

FALL UNI

So if you can't tell, I LOVE this style of cardigan. I found this one I'm wearing at Marshall's and love how versatile it is for dresses, shorts, and of course jeans and leggings. I am most likely going to Old Navy today to grab another one that I linked above thats so similar. I think until the end of this pregnancy I am going to be living in leggings, booties, and a sweater! Hope this low 70 degree weather continues!
