Seth and I had a date night last Sunday because Seth's mom was in town and watched Haddie for us. It was SO needed and SO fun. We didn't do much but walk around downtown and eat outside at the Cheesecake Factory but it was beautiful outside downtown Ft. Worth - not too cold, not too hot. We had so much fun just being together and getting to really enjoy each other's company without paying attention to our favorite little person for a couple hours. It was a good reminder to us both about the importance of making sure we are always making each other our number one priority, besides God, and not Haddie or baby boy, no matter how much attention they require!
I'm so glad I married a man who loves Jesus first and me second. He makes our home a place of laughter and joy, always seeing the positive and working his booty off in his work for our little family. Seth is such a wonderful leader of our home and I literally can't wait till he gets home everyday. Our marriage isn't perfect but I can't imagine being married or getting to spend my life with anyone else. (sorry for the husband brag, but this date night did me some good ;)
