Onesie: Gap (sold out online, love this & this!) | Haddie Jammies: Gap
Louie turned 1 month yesterday! He is already grown so much and his newborn onesies are pulling at the seams and his little cheeks are filling out! So these 4 following points about what I've learned are just for fun and are not true for boy babies in general but this is just what has been different from Haddie to Louie in our first month so far! I'm sure I will have A LOT more important things to learn about boys in my future!
#1. You need to be able to change diapers ninja fast! I have the cleanest sheets, comforter, and duvet I've ever had because of how many times I have washed it all the past month! lol These boys do not mess around!
#2. Boys milk their pains. Louie will start crying and the second I pick him up he is all smiles and is totally fine... (But I mean, I guess we all already knew this because when our husbands are sick, we all know the world is about to end! lol)
#3. Boys take their time. This boy has been eating really well, but OH MY GOSH, he takes FOREVER to take a full feeding. Obviously I'm just comparing everything to Haddie (since thats all I know) but our feedings take 30-45 minutes, where Haddie's only lasted about 15. This guy likes to drink slowly, nod off to sleep, take short breaks, and take just a little at a time! I'm constantly just like, "Come on, man!"
#4. Boys are messy. I expected this in my near future of playing with toys, dirt, etc.. but I wasn't really prepared for spit up! Haddie spit up twice. I can remember both of them distinctly because I was so grossed out. But let me tell ya, I haven't counted the times Louie has spit up! ha Every baby is SO different and I'm learning that quick!

Throwing it back to a few months ago when Chandler came and took some photos of our house as I love seeing the changes we made in the year we have lived in our home! I'm continuing the next room BEFORE/AFTER post with the living room/office area…
